• is located on the first floor next to the restaurant
• is open from 10:00 am until the end of the day

Payment

We accept cash, EC card, Mastercard, Visa and American Express. If you leave before 8.00 a.m., please settle your bill the day before.

E-bike rental

• There are a total of 4 e-bikes available, which we can lend you on request
• the cost is 30 € for one day
• Please send us your request using the following form

Bicycle storage room

• You can park your bikes safely in the hotel annexe
• the room is lockable, the key is available at reception
• We accept no liability for damage or loss

Breakfast

• Monday to Friday: 7.00 to 10.00 a.m.
• Saturday / Sunday and public holidays: 7.00 to 10.00 a.m.

Luggage

If you would like to spend the day in Sundern, we will be happy to store your luggage for you at reception.

Beverage refrigerator

• located on the first floor
• You will be billed when you check out
• please write on the paper what you have consumed and let us know at reception

Voucher

Dogs

• are welcome on request
• Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant
• the costs are 20€ per dog per night
• a maximum of 2 dogs are allowed in one room

Pillow

• We will gladly bring you another pillow
• all our pillows are allergy friendly

Late Check-out:

Late check-out until 13:00 is possible on request with a surcharge of 10€ per hour. Should the departure take place after this time, we reserve the right to charge a full daily rate. Please contact us.

Reading material

• Books are available in the library

Packed lunch

• Contents: two sandwiches of your choice that you prepare yourself at the buffet | a piece of fruit | a bottle of mineral water (0.5 l) | a napkin
• Order: via the reception at least 24 hours in advance
• Cost: €12.50 per packed lunch

You can fill out the registration form digitally before your arrival using the form below and send it to us in advance.

Parking

• You can park free of charge at our house
• There are two parking spaces available

Smoking

• is only permitted outdoors, a covered smoking area is available
• A special cleaning fee of € 1000.00 will be charged for not staying in the hotel rooms.

• Mon-Sat from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

• Various board games or card games can be found in our lobby. You are welcome to borrow the games. Please return the games in their packaging after use.
